#1 Online Application and Process Management Platform | eMundus

Is there an online portal for candidates to submit their application(s)? Does it include an alert system that notifies them when an application has been submitted?

The eMundus solution consists of online spaces reserved for our clients, dedicated to processing applications submitted by candidates, and public online spaces accessible to all. These latter spaces allow us to present the training programs offered, to which a candidate can submit an application.

An "Apply" button will be included for each program. Here is the process for a candidate wishing to submit an application:

  • he will go to the page detailing the training
  • He will click on the "Apply" button and will be directed to a login/account creation page
  • Once logged in, he will access the application form, which consists of fields to fill in and fields to attach the required documents

An applicant has the option to start filling out the form and save their information to complete their application later. In this case, they simply need to log back in to access the form they had already started. To submit their application, they must have filled in all required fields and attached the required documents (it is also possible to allow only one file format, such as PDF). Once they have completed the form and submitted their application, they will receive an email at the address registered in their account confirming that their application has been successfully sent and received.
