It is possible to open a comment section associated with a file, which can be active throughout the entire process (before, during, and after evaluation) for all user profiles (except the candidate profile, of course), but not all users will be authorized to add comments (if that is the client's request). It is also possible to make it active and/or visible only during specific stages (e.g., only during the evaluation).
