Why did you choose to settle here rather than somewhere else?

I joined WIIN.io in October 2020 as an apprentice for my final two years of studies. After this experience, I continued the adventure with a permanent contract in 2022 and gradually progressed to the role of Customer Success Manager.

What initially attracted me was the project: helping very different organizations digitize their initiatives and simplify their daily operations. Each client is unique, so the tasks are very varied.

I also really appreciated the company culture: everyone contributes, and you quickly see the tangible impact of your work.

After WIIN.io was acquired by Emundus in 2023, I found these same values: a true team spirit, a desire to build together, and a commitment to supporting ambitious projects.

What do you enjoy most about your job on a daily basis?

What I love most is the relationship with the clients. Some of the ones I'm working with today, I've been supporting for over five years. We've built a real relationship of trust.

I also like to say that I represent the image of the solution, whether through the help center videos or during our video calls with clients.

A large part of my job involves understanding their needs and offering them the most suitable solution on the platform. And when a project comes to fruition and clients truly see the difference in their daily lives… that's the greatest satisfaction. You really see the "Emundus effect" at work.

And then there's all the internal work: structuring processes, writing documentation, training the teams… It's less visible work, but essential for everything to run smoothly.

The "superpower" or skill you've developed here that you're most proud of?

If I had to choose one, it would probably be my ability to make complex things easier to understand.

Between client needs, technical constraints, and project organization, it's often necessary to translate, structure, and anticipate. My role is also to reassure clients and show them that everything is under control and that they can rely on us.

If life in our country were a movie, which one would it be and why?

I'd say The Incredibles.

And then there's also a bit of a "masked heroes" aspect: a large part of our work is done behind the scenes, but it's essential for everything to run smoothly and for our clients to have a seamless experience.

What project or success made you say to yourself, "We nailed it!"?

The acquisition of WIIN.io by Emundus in 2023 was a real turning point. It was a significant change for everyone, requiring a lot of internal adjustments.

But we were able to organize ourselves, work together, and gradually build a united team with shared goals. The merger continues to move forward today, and I'm very happy to be part of this adventure and to contribute my experience to support the ambitious projects ahead.

After several years with the company, I'm practically part of the furniture in the Paris team. I enjoy building long-term relationships of trust with my colleagues and clients, always with a good dose of cheerfulness and music in the office.
