Why did you choose to settle here rather than somewhere else?

Several things came into play at the same time. First, the apprenticeship was exactly what I was looking for: I didn't need much convincing on that point. Second, my connection with Lucile was immediate and genuine, the kind of exchange that gives you confidence in a company even before you've signed anything. And then there's La Rochelle… Working in a city where you feel like you're on a permanent vacation, especially in the summer, is a compelling argument that quickly tips the scales. The quality of life is part of the package, and that's far from insignificant.

What do you enjoy most about your job on a daily basis?

What I love most is that no two days are the same. We're not pigeonholed—management trusts the team and lets us contribute ideas far beyond our strict responsibilities. We get to work on a variety of topics, propose ideas, and contribute to things we wouldn't necessarily have expected. It's rare and precious. And then there's the team. Honestly, they're what motivates me to get up every morning. Efficient, committed people with contagious energy and zest for life. The atmosphere is truly part of the experience.

The "superpower" or skill you've developed here that you're most proud of?

Without hesitation: self-confidence. When I arrived, I wouldn't have bet that I'd be able to manage a heavy workload, lead large projects, or juggle multiple clients simultaneously. And yet. This experience proved to me that I was capable, and that's the kind of realization you never forget.

If life in our country were a movie, which one would it be and why?

I would say Ocean's Eleven. Not for the heist (😉) but for the image of a team where everyone is truly an expert and competent in their field, where there is total trust, and where the moment when everything clicks perfectly gives a satisfaction that is hard to explain but that we all recognize.

What project or success made you say to yourself, "We nailed it!"?

It's always the same feeling that comes back: when I've invested myself from start to finish in setting up a project with clients and everything runs perfectly in production. Seeing something you've built working is already satisfying in itself. But what makes it even more powerful here is the diversity and nature of the projects we work on. Some have a truly tangible impact, whether it's facilitating complex processes, supporting important causes, or addressing real business challenges. It gives meaning to what we do every day. We don't build for the sake of building; we build so that it truly serves a purpose.
