Why did you choose to settle here rather than somewhere else?

I started my adventure with Emundus with an internship, after which I was hired on a permanent contract. I stayed for the team spirit, for the missions entrusted to me which have meaning for me, and to participate in the improvement of the product and see it grow.

What do you enjoy most about your job on a daily basis?

What I enjoy most is feeling the customer's satisfaction at the end of a phone call. Sometimes it feels like we've saved their day.

The "superpower" or skill you've developed here that you're most proud of?

Working at Emundus has allowed me to gain more self-confidence. It was inconceivable for me to call or video chat alone with a client.

If life in our country were a movie, which one would it be and why?

The series The Bear tells the story of a Michelin-starred chef who takes over his brother's restaurant and does everything he can to reach the top. Like us, he experiences ups and downs, but thanks to a close-knit team, he manages to get back on track.

What project or success made you say to yourself, "We nailed it!"?

Customers often express their gratitude for the speed of our response and the quality of the answers provided.

Our clients have a sense of humor! One day a client called me to check a candidate's file. I asked him her name, and he said, "Lahaye, like Brigitte, the actress. But I'm not sure it's from your era."
